I ve chosen as a one of VLUUGraphers. I got notified around my birthday, so it was like a present for me. ;D But actually I have a Nikon. So I ll play with it for a while and then I ll hand it over to my brother when he comes back.
The first look of it is that it s very slim. The size of it is similar to Nikon Coolpix that I own, but it s slimmer. I think it s really good for women to carry.
Now let s take a look at the buttons.
You can set some simple things with the round buttons in the picture above.; flash on/off, timer setting, regular or close-up shots, etc.
When you press the Menu button, recording functions/ sound/ monitor/ set-up menus come up. Here you can check and control things in detail..
In recording functions, there is a face detection mode called Beauty Shot. It is an effect that makes people s face bright like you ve done some Photoshop work on it. I haven t used it yet, but so I ll have to check it myself soon.
It is my living room that I took with ST50. I just noticed that weird-looking lighting on my living room today.
It is the original one of the picture above. I just resized the picture and did no editing. From now on, I would like to post pictures taken by ST50. I haven t taken many pictures so I m not used to it yet. But I will read the manual and learn more about it in detail.
This is a digital camera case that I ve purchased yesterday. The case is not included in the basic composition. So I just picked up a pretty one yesterday.
