Hello. This is Nadia. It’s getting hotter by the day. Is it also hot where you are? I went on vacation in the beginning of August, but it kept raining so I didn’t have much fun. But if you are leaving for your vacation now, I guess you can have fun in the water under the sizzling sun. For those going on vacation this week, hope you have fun!
How will it be if everyday were to be a vacation? Of course not the boring vacation where you have nothing to do but the fun-filled vacation with new events happening everyday. The first thing I need to do is to get away from the air-conditioners and overheated computers which I’ve had enough of. A dreamy vacation where you take a walk around the park with your beloved, leisurely enjoy the tea time with delicious cake and biscuits, shake hands and have a laugh with the parade crowd you accidently run into and before you know it, the day is over. Just thinking about it makes me weep with joy.
There is a person in London who lives everyday like a joyful holiday. Actually I can’t guarantee that he is always happy like the pictures you are going to see from now. But his job is photographer. And these pictures are a part of him and at the same time his job. Therefore, Eric’s life has no choice but to be beautiful. I was able get a little compensation of my vacation ruined by the rain looking at Eric Hands pictures that is as good as it gets.
Yes. We need oxygen. How I wish to breathe in oxygen under the blue sky in warm sunshine right now! I’m sick of air conditioner.
Such a calm and relaxed scene. If I could sit on that chair, I would never read or listen to anything. I would do nothing and take a nap lying on that chair. Of course I would order an ice coffee and cheese cake.
Or taking a walk in the park sounds like a good idea. Not alone though. I can’t stand boredom for 1 second. What should I do if none of my friends have time?
Then you make one! I’ve made a friend with a piece of peanut. That’s the beauty of a promenade. But if the other person is shy, that sort of intimacy is difficult to expect. That person with the bracelet maybe has some secrets.
I think we’ve had enough time with the nature. Shall we take a look at the band’s performance and parades that you accidently come across? Eric’s vibrant pictures will take us to concert, and next to the pretty ladies at the parade.
The resonant voice of the male vocalist shouting out “Hey!” makes my heart flutter.
I can see myself wildly excited in the crowd with my hands up. Is the lady in the picture below a fan of the male vocalist? The mask is gorgeous. The female vocalist with the long straight hair in the last picture somehow has the power to draw people in. If she is that attractive with her eyes closed, how beautiful is she with her eyes open? I’m sure she’s popular along the male fans.
We can’t just sit and watch. It’s time to join in. Shall we enjoy the freedom as we march with the parade?
Is the girl in the first picture with a shy smile the heroine of this parade? I’ll have to learn how to smile from the lady looking good in red. No matter how cold-hearted a person is, it seems like they would open up to her. The ladies in the second picture look fresh like a girl group. They are dancing to the choreography they’ve practiced hard for the parade. FYI, I find the last girl on the right really pretty. Mr. Clown, the star of the parade on the last picture. The clown is a must for laughter. Is he riding a bike? If he falls, hope he falls gently.
Now that we had so much fun, I think I need to eat something. The camera shutter doesn’t stop while thinking about what to eat. Other facets of London captured by Eric Hands.
Well, it seems like the well-dressed madame took pictures of the British royal guards marching. The red, black and beige go well together. Below, looks like a picture of a nice restaurant. I wonder who rode in that cute motorcycle.
We were going to eat something, right? I’m envious of the leisurely look enjoying the milk tea and biscuits in the garden. I’m trying to imagine what it would taste like. Well, imagination doesn’t do it for me. I need to stop by the café on my way home after work.
The crisp biscuits and tea that’s cooled just about right. Warm sunshine and cool shade of the tree. These conditions are perfect enough to forsake a vacation. How about you? How would you like to spend this weekend strolling in the near park? If you have a bit of snack and a friend, we can spend vacation that is as good as it gets like Eric’s. See you in the next post! This was Nadia.
