Haptic digital camera ST10, Design Preview

Haptic digital camera? Why haptic for digital camera? I think you can have this question, because I did, too, when I heard the  ST10. I just expected this camera has just fun functions.

I was out to Seoul last weekend for business trip, so it was getting late to see the ST10, and I think there will be 4 stories about the ST10. First, I m going to open the package.

 

Haptic Digital camera  ST10 package design

This is the package of the  ST10. The combination of white color and black color is good, and on the black which is a point orange icons are designed to show the feature of the  ST10. On the upper center of the package, the product image is printed, so users know the design without opening the box. Because the image was metal silver, I expected it, but in the box, there was a black model. (I thought the color has to be shown on the package for user and management convenience.)

 

Composition of the  ST10

Haptic digital camera doesn t mean it has special parts. It just has haptic function earphones and touch pen. I thought it s better if they provides protection pouch for the compact digital camera. Video converter and image utility are included in the CD.

 

They are A/V cable for video and image, multi cable for power and USB, earphones for multimedia contents, Li-ION battery (900mAh), hand strap, and touch pen. One side of the touch pen is made as a ring, so you can put it in the hand strap to prevent loss.

 

Front design of the  ST10

It s the front of the ST10. Microphone, flash light, and rotational lens cap are impressive. Rotating the lens cap turns on the power. Other than the lens function, it can be used for other functions. I m going to talk about the other functions later.

 

Back design of the  ST10

It s the back of the  ST10. Wide, cool touch screen view and simple, intuitive interface help beginners take pictures easily. Detailed functions can be set on the menu of the touch screen. I m going to handle the detailed functions later.

 

Partial Interface of the  ST10

Let s take a look at each part of the ST10. On the top, there s a big shutter button, power button, and speaker. There s a memory, battery, and tripod hole on the bottom. On the right side, USB, charge, A/V, and earphone jack are located.

 

Haptic digital  ST10. Although it s a compact digital camera, it considers users selection with the slim and stylish design, and the user interface is also easy even for beginners. Besides, it has haptic function and multimedia function, so it doesn t limit the function of camera, but provides new pleasure by sharing users life cycle.
