[WB1000] Click the World : Draw the World with Light

On June 12th, D’light Talk, a seminar called “ Click The World : Draw The World With Light” was held at D’light, which is located in Samsung Electronics Building. The seminar featured two photography classes by Jong Hoon Kim, and Youn Hee Jung, who are currently active as professional photographers in Korea. WB1000 was introduced in the seminar. A great deal of people from high school students to elders in their 50’s participated in the D’light Talk.

Jong Hoon Kim opened up the seminar. “As for me, photography is like oxygen, unlivable without it,” he said. He illustrated in detail about several elements for nice shots, and basic knowledge such as layout, light sources, and shutter speed.

The second speaker Youn Hee Jung gave a powerful lecture with sarcastic tone and a great sense of humor. She drew everyone’s attention. Jung explained three types of photographs: portrait, landscape, and macro-shooting. She also pointed out that repeat and trials make good photographs. She said, “When your body and senses get used to taking pictures and catching nice layouts before your brain works, it should be a nice photo.”

 

After the seminar, speakers and guests shared know-hows about cameras and photographs with quite difficult questions.

 

At the end, gift offering event was hosted and WB1000 was given to 2 guests out of the audience, based on in-advance registration.
